About the role

  • Consultant for digitalization in tax consulting firms, collaborating on process optimization, and digitalization measures in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and optimization of processes and interfaces – primarily in DATEV
  • Data imports and creation of documentation templates using Microsoft Excel
  • Implementation of digitalization measures and further development of quality management
  • Supporting specialists and managers in the introduction and monitoring of quality standards
  • Supporting and training staff in the use of processes and software
  • Close collaboration with and support for IT management
  • Assistance with procedural documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Advanced knowledge of DATEV and Microsoft Excel – preferably in a tax/accounting firm environment
  • Experience in accounting
  • Experience in client-facing work within the tax/accounting sector
  • Initial experience in process management and procedural documentation
  • Strong IT affinity and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a responsible working style
  • Excellent communication skills
