Responsibilities
Implementation and optimization of processes and interfaces – primarily in DATEV
Data imports and creation of documentation templates using Microsoft Excel
Implementation of digitalization measures and further development of quality management
Supporting specialists and managers in the introduction and monitoring of quality standards
Supporting and training staff in the use of processes and software
Close collaboration with and support for IT management
Assistance with procedural documentation
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Advanced knowledge of DATEV and Microsoft Excel – preferably in a tax/accounting firm environment
Experience in accounting
Experience in client-facing work within the tax/accounting sector
Initial experience in process management and procedural documentation
Strong IT affinity and analytical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and a responsible working style
Excellent communication skills
