Responsibilities
Collaborate across a breadth of stakeholders to identify training needs, design effective learning solutions, and evaluate results
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support contractor training initiatives
Identify state-specific training requirements and tailor training strategies accordingly
Partner with implementation leaders to determine business partner training needs
Schedule training sessions and secure required materials
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders
Provide regular reporting to leadership and regulatory bodies
Conduct Training Needs Analyses to assess and justify proposed training activities
Track training activities, maintain accurate records, and produce timely reports
Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to training activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience in program design and implementation, including experience developing and coordinating training programs
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of quickly adapting to new tasks
Experience collaborating across multiple business units to achieve shared program goals
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
Experience establishing metrics and goals and implementing strategies to achieve them
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
