Responsibilities
Manage HR administration for expatriate employees and employees under French law (contracts, liaison with payroll, onboarding, mobility, compliance)
Support international missions: HR needs assessment, organization, recruitment, individual and collective management, implementation of HR policies
Ensure HR quality, ethics and compliance: data monitoring, audits, risk prevention (quality of work life and psychosocial risks), implementation of standards
Coordinate sensitive investigations (PSEA, complaint mechanisms) in liaison with dedicated services
Contribute to change management: harmonizing practices, skills development, participation in the training plan and delivering trainings
Collaborate with and represent Médecins du Monde (MdM) to headquarters and field teams and partners.
Requirements
You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor's/Master's level) specialized in Human Resources
You have significant generalist experience in human resources
You have at least 1 year of international experience with an NGO
You have excellent ability to work in a multicultural environment and a proven capacity to foster collaboration and build trust, with strong active listening and influencing skills
You can work autonomously, with rigor, enthusiasm and motivation, and demonstrate tenacity and resilience to stress
You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
You know the basic principles of labor law and can analyze an HR legal framework; you have knowledge/experience in payroll
You are proficient with Microsoft Office (notably Excel) and HRIS/HR software
You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; a good command of Spanish and/or Arabic is an asset
