About the role

• Integrations Project Coordinator for MealSuite, overseeing customer integrations for foodservice technology. Collaborating with teams to ensure seamless delivery of software integrations and support.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end coordination of integrations projects (interfaces, SSO, POS, and accounting exports) in partnership with the Integrations and Implementation teams.
• Maintain real-time project plans and dashboards, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables while proactively escalating blockers.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, scheduling, and change requests; support capacity planning and resource allocation for the Integrations team.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between customers and internal teams—facilitating kickoffs, requirements validation, technical discussions, UAT, and go-live activities, while ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting customer implementations and/or onboarding projects in a SaaS environment.
• Basic working knowledge of software integrations; experience working with complex products is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools; familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and an empathetic, customer-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
