Responsibilities
Own a defined list of named enterprise healthcare and senior living organizations.
Develop and execute multi-quarter account penetration strategies across large, multi-location networks.
Map complex stakeholder ecosystems including executive leadership, finance, operations, IT, and procurement.
Lead enterprise-level discovery to uncover system-wide operational, financial, and compliance priorities.
Build and maintain C-suite and executive-level relationships across strategic accounts.
Lead enterprise RFP responses and formal procurement processes.
Maintain highly accurate enterprise opportunity data, including detailed close plans and executive sponsor mapping.
Represent the company at executive forums, industry events, and enterprise-level meetings.
Provide strategic feedback to Leadership and Product based on enterprise market trends.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
Education or training in SaaS sales or healthcare food service.
Strengths in verbal & written communication, adaptability, and relational skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
