Responsibilities
Provide service to a portfolio of medium-complexity clients via in-person meetings, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring each client is served promptly and accurately according to their needs.
Deliver attentive client service based on dialogue and understanding of client needs, offering clarification and necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
Support clients with reimbursement requests and pre-approvals through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred outside the accredited network.
Perform the necessary procedures to conduct market studies by gathering data and information required to complete quotation forms, identifying the best conditions and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims and loss ratio indicators by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses to present the policy results to the client.
Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping carried out during task execution and application of procedures and workflows, proposing actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service.
Perform other related and inherent professional activities as required by the area, including training and professional development under the guidance of the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations.
