About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the data, analytics, and AI strategy for Internal Audit and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead creation of enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, analytics models, automation, and data pipelines
- Design and implement AI/LLM-based tools (e.g., generative AI copilots, NLP models) to enhance audit quality and efficiency
- Partner with Technology and Audit leaders to align data strategy with risk and business priorities
- Ensure adherence to McKesson data governance, privacy, and AI standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Deliver executive-level presentations and insights to senior leaders
- Automate and standardize key analytics workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, AI/ML, or business intelligence roles
- 4+ years of management experience leading analytics or technical teams
- Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and influence leaders across the enterprise
- Expertise in Power BI, Python, SQL, Azure data tools, and AI/LLM solution development
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business recommendations
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and managing multiple complex initiatives.
