An environment of equals: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here what counts is what you can do, not your job title.
True flexibility: No core working hours, home office and, in many positions, location-independent work — for more freedom at work.
Learning & development that’s enjoyable: Whether Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform or LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.

International projects with a wow factor: Our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna and Madrid to Namibia — with continuously new and stimulating challenges.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: Through OpenUp we offer access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.

Oh — and your furry friend is welcome too!
More than just a salary: 30 days of annual leave (full-time), paid special leave, JobRad leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
