Benefits
A culture of equals: Flat hierarchies, respectful leadership and transparent decision-making — here what matters is your skills, not your title.
True flexibility: No core working hours, home office and in many roles location-independent work — for more freedom in your job.
Learning & development that’s enjoyable: From Learning Weeks with top speakers and AI courses on our Switch platform to LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
A connecting culture: Table football evenings, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate party and regular feel-good activities — fostering community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: Our talent works on exciting projects — from Vienna and Madrid to Namibia — offering fresh and challenging opportunities.
Mental health & wellbeing focus: Through OpenUp we provide access to sessions with psychologists, coaching and meditation — because your mental health matters to us.
Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team actively supports the environment and society through clean-up campaigns, donation projects, our MCI book club and more — sustainable action is a stance, not a trend.
Equality is a given: We offer fair pay bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunities and diversity are part of our culture.
An office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a hanging seat — we provide everything for you to reach your best potential. Oh, and your furry friend is welcome too!
More than just a salary: 30 days' vacation (full-time), paid special leave, JobRad bicycle leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — giving you the support you want.
