About the role

  • Social Media Manager driving brand visibility for leading Outdoor Lifestyle brand in Europe. Engaging with content creation, strategy development, and community management across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve our social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Develop content strategies, storyboards & recurring series formats
  • Produce & manage content — photos, videos, Reels, hooks, trends
  • Community management; collaborate and spar with creators & influencers
  • Analysis & performance tracking — you know what works and why
  • Build a creator network and manage influencer collaborations
  • Plan & execute campaigns for new collections (e.g., Looks by Wolfgang Joop)
  • Close collaboration with Design, Marketing & E‑Commerce
