Responsibilities
Redefine and elevate Maven’s brand identity while building scalable systems that support growth across consumer and enterprise channels.
Lead the strategic evolution of our brand identity, proactively identifying opportunities to refine and enhance our visual language.
Build upon and refine our brand guidelines, establishing sophisticated and scalable visual systems that ensure consistency and impact across all project types.
Conceptualize and design visually stunning and high-converting materials across all digital channels, including paid social, display advertising, email marketing, web, landing pages, and video.
Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative design process.
Uphold the highest standards of brand consistency across all projects, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand vision and values.
Requirements
6+ years of progressive visual design experience, with a proven track record of evolving and elevating brand identities.
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
A compelling portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of brand design, visual identity systems, and performance marketing, with a focus on digital experiences.
Demonstrated understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and influence stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving priorities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
