About the role
- Senior ERP Analyst optimizing ERP platform to support production, inventory, supply chain, and financial processes at Mattr. Strong expertise required in ERP systems and manufacturing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements specific to manufacturing operations
- Analyze and document business requirements across production planning, inventory management, procurement, and shop floor control.
- Develop and maintain ERP customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL, Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support across manufacturing sites.
- Travel up to 40% or as needed to support plant-level implementations, training, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong programming skills in SQL and at least one other language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP (PP/MM), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes including BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP, and inventory control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: ERP certification (e.g., SAP PP/MM, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud).
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and integration with ERP.
- Familiarity with APIs, EDI, and cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
