About the role

  • Assistente de Service Desk providing technical support in São Paulo. Responsible for opening calls and assisting the team with technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support requests and resolve IT issues quickly and with excellence;
  • Perform installation, updating and maintenance of systems, applications and equipment;
  • Document and categorize tickets and incidents;
  • Support mid-level and senior Service Desk analysts with specific tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in a Technology-related field;
  • Previous experience in technical support, reformatting computers (OS installation), and customer service/support is desirable;
