Requirements
Experience in IT support;

Ticketing systems;
Good communication skills and teamwork;
Knowledge of WAN and WLAN;
Experience with videoconferencing systems (Polycom, Yealink);
Experience with Microsoft Defender and Intune;
Experience supporting ERP systems;
Degree in IT or a related field.
