About the role

Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end implementation of Master Batch Records (MBRs)
- Translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysing business needs, and defining project scope
- Create intuitive and user‑friendly MES content
- Support integration activities, MES projects, validation processes, and provide training to colleagues across the organisation
Requirements
- An academic degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years experience with MES, including technical experience with interfaces, configuration of recipes/MBRs and/or integration to production equipment
- Experience working in production settings with knowledge of quality processes, pharmaceutical processes and GMP requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and organisational levels
- A proven ability to coordinate complex tasks, deliver training, and communicate technical concepts in accessible ways
