Requirements

- 15+ years of related experience, including 8+ years leading FP&A teams in a complex, global environment
- Strong finance business partnering experience supporting senior leaders and corporate functions
- Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business analysis
- Experience supporting Sales organizations, including analysis related to revenue drivers, design wins, and growth investments
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing financial analysts
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
- Semiconductor industry experience and strong business acumen preferred
