About the role
- Senior Reliability Maintenance Manager ensuring reliability of critical equipment at Royal Canin. Overseeing maintenance plans and managing the maintenance team in a complex international environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of internal and external interventions and the compliance of tools
- Integrate safety and quality rules into maintenance plans
- Define, manage and improve the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP)
- Monitor work orders (OT) and on-site jobs while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget
- Coordinate technical shutdowns and ensure the ramp-up of installations
- Define storage strategy, negotiate purchases and contracts
- Coordinate, motivate and develop the maintenance team
- Participate in MSE / PM projects and manage obsolescence
Requirements
- Diploma equivalent to French Bac+2 (Associate degree) in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in a similar role within an industrial and technical environment
- Experience in an international environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (One Navision) and CMMS (Altair)
- Proficiency in English: B2 level (spoken and written required)
