Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in media production leadership
- BS/BA degree+
- Proven track record leading complex media production transformations
- Deep understanding of content production across digital, retail, broadcast, and emerging media channels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change in matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking production performance metrics
