About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage your own clients and contribute to the development of Marmot
- Build and maintain a client base of women, business owners and families
- Provide holistic advice on asset structure, investment strategy and long-term wealth planning
- Develop bespoke investment strategies aligned with our clients' life goals
- Provide ongoing client servicing and relationship development with high integrity and empathy
- Collaborate with our Investment and Advisory teams
- Help design new services for women and families
- Contribute to the development of a modern, partnership-based wealth management model
Requirements
- Several years of experience in wealth management, private banking or a family office
- Ideally a loyal client base and at least a very strong existing network
- Strong understanding of asset structuring, portfolios, long-term financial planning and capital markets
- High social skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured way of working
- Interest in digital solutions and modern advisory models
- Excellent German and English language skills
