About the role

Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational responsibility for all commercial and contractual matters during the construction phase.

- Developing strategies to assert claims against clients and subcontractors.
- Ensuring contract-related communication and documentation are properly archived and continuously improved.
- Identifying and assessing risks, deriving mitigation measures — fully integrated into risk management.
- Analyzing potential damage scenarios and providing well-founded recommendations to stakeholders and management.
- Leading complex contract negotiations and coordinating lessons learned to continuously improve our processes.
- Supporting the development of standards, tools, and training in contract management.
Requirements
- University degree in law, business, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in contract or project management (experience in the construction or energy sector is advantageous) with a focus on power plant or infrastructure projects (experience with FIDIC/EPCI is an advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of contract application and interpretation in the construction and energy sectors.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

- Experience working with diverse cultures, team-oriented mindset, and versatile communication skills at all levels.
