Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design and optimize product images, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Stores for Amazon
Select and edit visual assets in accordance with Amazon guidelines and conversion objectives
Develop visual strategies to increase product visibility and sales performance for our clients
Prepare briefs for photoshoots and coordinate with photographers and external service providers
Analyze and continuously optimize content performance using relevant KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, sessions, etc.)
Work closely with our Advertising and Key Account Management teams
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design or a comparable field
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in e‑commerce or the Amazon environment
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools
Experience creating conversion-oriented content for digital platforms
Strong sense of design, visual language and brand aesthetics
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Fluent German and English, spoken and written — additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are a plus
