MarTech & Ad Ops Manager responsible for technical execution of marketing ecosystem across platforms. Overseeing ad operations accuracy and ensuring campaigns are trackable and measurable.
Responsibilities
Own the technical execution layer of Mariner’s marketing ecosystem, including tagging, platforms, API connections, signal quality, and technical QA.
Oversee the technical accuracy, consistency, and performance of ad operations and marketing technology across channels and platforms.
Ensure campaigns are properly tagged, trackable, measurable, and connected across systems.
Lead technical execution and ensure accuracy of account structures, trafficking and tracking templates, parameters, platform setup, website tagging and pixel deployment, QA, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
Ensure flawless technical execution across digital channels, including programmatic display and video, social, OTT/CTV, and emerging paid platforms.
Design tagging and tracking architectures that support future MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in ad operations, marketing technology, or digital marketing operations
Expertise in ad-serving tools, tag management systems, and marketing automation platforms
Demonstrated understanding of how data moves across systems (e.g., CRM to ad platforms to analytics tools)
Strong understanding of UX/CX best practices for tag implementation, including data layers, GTM, and hidden fields
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to guide non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and data quality.
