Responsibilities
Lead the global recruitment process from Attract‑to‑Contract (A2C) across all countries, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and end-to-end compliance of recruitment
Define and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy, closely aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, and the organization’s growth priorities
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and offer management, to ensure operational excellence worldwide
Drive the AI-enabled transformation of Talent Acquisition, including strategy, implementation, and scaling of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, quality of hires, and data-driven decision-making
Develop and implement a global headhunting and direct sourcing strategy, including market analyses, proactive talent pipelining, and engagement of critical talent segments
Implement and continuously optimize the target operating model (TOM) to improve efficiency, transparency, digital maturity, and global standardization of recruitment processes
Provide functional leadership and governance for Talent Acquisition worldwide: set standards, monitor performance, and advise regional teams, leaders, and subject matter experts
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process management within recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related fields, preferably in a shared services environment or a complex global organization
Proven experience designing, standardizing, and implementing global processes, including governance and performance frameworks
Strong service orientation with a solution-focused mindset, able to understand stakeholder needs and perform effectively in demanding, fast-paced environments
Experience with modern recruiting systems and tools, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR platforms
Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting data to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven process improvements
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly and effectively
High flexibility and confidence in handling changing requirements and competing priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with senior executives
High level of initiative and openness to new ideas
