Responsibilities
Defining and executing CAVU’s global eCommerce strategy, aligned to business goals and customer needs.
Driving revenue and profit growth through data-led trading strategies and continuous optimisation.
Building, developing, and leading a high-performing eCommerce team.
Partnering with content, marketing, and tech teams to deliver high-impact online experiences.
Managing global merchandising, inventory, and discounting strategies to optimise sales performance.
Applying data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and act decisively.
Requirements
A strong track record in leading eCommerce operations at scale, ideally in a global or multi-brand environment.
Deep understanding of eCommerce technologies, online trading strategy, and digital marketing performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable using data to make commercial decisions.
Experience managing P&L and delivering measurable revenue and EBITDA growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
A creative and inquisitive mindset, with the ability to challenge and innovate.
