Responsibilities
Play a key role in shaping in‑house recruiting
Advise specialists and managers at every stage of the recruiting process
Create a compelling candidate experience
Manage job boards and external recruitment agencies, and handle contract and salary negotiations
Collect and analyze recruiting KPIs
Support projects to strengthen our employer brand
Accompany new employees and support departments during onboarding
Requirements
Experience in end‑to‑end recruiting — from the first candidate contact to successful hiring — ideally in IT or technology‑driven companies
Confident presence, decisiveness, and enthusiasm for proactively driving processes
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a good sense for people and talent
Solid understanding of modern in‑house recruiting structures and a desire to further develop them
A degree or comparable qualification in HR, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
