Responsibilities
Develop incentive campaigns that engage teams to help achieve M. Dias Branco’s internal targets.
Identify opportunities to improve campaigns through monthly monitoring.
Serve as M. Dias Branco’s primary contact with the incentive agency partner.
Monitor the annual incentive budget and report values monthly in the forecast.
Train the commercial team, merchandising staff, and distributors.
Comply with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Competencies: planning and execution, analytical ability, customer-oriented attitude, collaborative mindset, and an agile, digital mindset.
Minimum 6 months of experience in this area or related areas.
