About the role
- Assist with marketing and social media activities while strengthening internal and external communications. Provide administrative support, help organize events, and support campaigns and employee initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing activities, social media, and internal marketing (employee communications)
- Contribute to strengthening the company's internal and external communications
- Assist in drafting and updating manuals, processes, and procedures
- Type, format, and proofread documents according to company standards
- Assist with event organization
- Support satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis
- Open, manage, and follow up on tickets in the system
- Organize internal documents and processes
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Monitor comments, messages, and interactions
- Assist in content production (posts, announcements, emails)
- Track basic performance metrics
- Support internal initiatives and employee campaigns
- Contribute to organizing internal events and initiatives
- Provide administrative support across departments
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of social media
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Completed or in-progress courses in editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in related fields such as Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or related areas
- Previous experience in marketing activities
