Responsibilities
Gather and analyse clients’ business requirements, mapping current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Design and configure customised solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
Coordinate and execute solution implementations, including configuration, testing, and data migration.
Produce functional and technical requirements documentation.
Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and incidents.
Monitor platform performance and make adjustments as required.
Train users on platform functionalities.
Requirements
Solid experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, etc.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly) and development tools (Studio, Glide).
Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (APIs, web services).
Knowledge of databases (SQL).
Fluent Portuguese; advanced English (mandatory).
ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator required).
