Responsibilities
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Maintaining and administering all HR data in the HR system Personio (required)
- Assisting with payroll preparation, ideally with Personio Payroll
- Drafting employment contracts, certificates and HR documents
- Serving as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Supporting recruiting (job postings, applicant management, interviews)
- Maintaining personnel files and reporting on HR metrics
- Participating in HR projects and process optimizations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on HR
- Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in a medium-sized company
- Excellent knowledge of Personio
- Experience with Personio Payroll is an advantage
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
