Responsibilities
Lead Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) risk management processes
Transform AFC risk management operations
Manage stakeholder relationships
Oversee a department of 60–70 colleagues
Develop, improve, and govern AFC/FCRM systems and tools
Provide insights into risks, assessments, and performance metrics
Oversee analysis of unusual activity and lead investigations on escalated cases
Represent Luminor in regulatory forums
Set departmental priorities and roadmap
Requirements
Solid background in Financial Crime Risk Management with proven track record
Experience leading FCRM functions — AML, Sanctions, Fraud, KYC/EDD
Strong credibility in the AFC field
Proven experience leading large teams in complex environments
Strong understanding of AFC systems, data, and technology
Change-driver mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Business-minded thinking
Fluent English in spoken and written communication due to Pan-Baltic operations
