Junior Sales Manager responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects for Lumiform's sales team in Berlin. Collaborating with Account Executives and engaging with potential customers in a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
You’ll play a crucial role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points.
Reach out to users via phone, email, and social media to educate them on Lumiform’s software and schedule meetings for the Account Executives team.
Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting.
Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform’s application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development.
Requirements
MUST HAVES: You are native in German AND fluent in English - both written and verbal.
You want to work and grow in sales! Don't hesitate to apply if you don't have experience in software sales.
You are already located in Berlin and ready to visit the office 3 times a week.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You are resilient, and objection handling is one of your strengths.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
Passion for technology, startups, and sales.
GOOD TO HAVES: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales development or an inside sales role, preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
