About the role
- Traffic Manager managing resources and scheduling for healthcare communication projects with Lucid Group. Collaborating with Client Service and Project Management Teams to ensure effective workload management and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Service and Project Management Teams;
- Organise and schedule workload by specialism;
- Manage day-to-day resourcing across multi-disciplinary teams;
- Act as a point of contact for all in-house functions;
- Manage the resource schedule to keep teams running effectively;
- Monitor effective employee utilisation and balance workload;
- Liaise with in-house accounts, creative, medical, editorial, strategic and technical teams daily;
- Support the identification and coordination of appropriate third party partners where required.
