Responsibilities
Partner with Client Service and Project Management Teams;
Organise and schedule workload by specialism;
Manage day-to-day resourcing across multi-disciplinary teams;
Act as a point of contact for all in-house functions;
Manage the resource schedule to keep teams running effectively;
Monitor effective employee utilisation and balance workload;
Liaise with in-house accounts, creative, medical, editorial, strategic and technical teams daily;
Support the identification and coordination of appropriate third party partners where required.
