Responsibilities
Ensure that services are provided consistent with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
Coordinate and lead daily and long-term activities of the team
Direct, review, and approve vendor invoice payments
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, informative reports and budgets
Maintain oversight of contracted terms impacting financial performance
Coordinate lease administration activities
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
Respond to tenant needs, ensuring problems are resolved promptly
Direct sourcing and procurement activities
Proactively collect rent and charges in accordance with lease terms
Ensure monthly property inspections are performed
Document emergency response plans
Act as primary contact with property owners
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred; minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel required
Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
Strong organizational skills that deliver timely results
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
Fundamental leadership experience or significant collaborative contributions
Proven track record for delivering excellent internal and external customer service
