About the role
- Senior Project Manager responsible for strategy and implementation in Customer Operations. Engaging with various telecom partners to enhance efficiency and cost-saving.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic Customer Operations projects – from the strategy roadmap to go-live.
- Independently develop, design and implement business models.
- Negotiate with wholesale partners to align processes and define and specify contract components.
- Design efficient end-to-end processes (fulfillment, order-to-activate, service processes).
- Implement solutions for process automation.
- Support the operational responsibility for the service platforms.
- Prepare SWOT, potential and gap analyses to identify success factors.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience managing complex projects
- University degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of telecommunications engineering, FTTx technology, service platforms, and in-depth process knowledge in Fiber Order Management/Fulfillment and Service Management
- Strong customer- and quality-oriented mindset combined with a structured working style
- Confident presence and persuasive team and communication skills
- Open mindset with the ability to quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with new topics and structures
- Team player in a multicultural environment
- Fluent German and good English skills
