Responsibilities
Preparation of documents across the employee lifecycle (e.g., employment contracts, employment references/certificates, and other personnel-related documents)
Handling tickets and inquiries from employees and partners
Supporting the continuous improvement and documentation of our HR processes, both internally and for our external employees
Supporting onboarding and offboarding, particularly regarding benefits, access rights, and information for our internal payroll
Depending on your interests and development, the opportunity to get involved in other exciting topics and to take on projects
Requirements
You are a university student in Germany studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
You speak fluent German and English (written and spoken) and communicate clearly and confidently in both languages.
You are tech-savvy and comfortable using various digital tools and systems.
You learn quickly, can prioritize well, and have strong problem-solving skills.
You are confident and proactive — you are not afraid to raise issues and are always ready to suggest improvements.
You are curious and eager to learn, particularly in HR Operations.
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and motivated to grow in a dynamic environment.
