About the role
- IT-Business Analyst optimizing logistics processes through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Focused on software customization, testing, and user training in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimization of logistics processes in close collaboration with process owners to identify improvements and requirements
- Management of implementations through close cooperation with internal IT teams and external service providers
- Customizing and testing by adapting software processes as well as planning, executing and documenting tests
- Support during the commissioning of new systems and ensuring a smooth rollout of processes and tools
- Participation in tendering phases, including the preparation and evaluation of requests for proposals
- Training of key users and conducting workshops to introduce new systems and processes
- 2nd-level support through close collaboration with the site, internal IT teams and service providers to resolve technical issues
- Coordination of interfaces and ensuring integration between the customer ERP system and the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT business administration, IT system administration, logistics or a comparable, qualifying qualification
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience using warehouse management and warehouse control systems (LFS) from Ehrhardt Partner Group
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Very good German (C1) and good English (B1)
