Responsibilities
Independent management of selected retail partners in the drugstore, grocery (LEH) or organic specialty retail channels
Preparing, conducting and following up on strategy, annual and promotional agreements and ensuring the agreed deliverables, including sales forecasting
Revenue responsibility for the assigned customer base and achievement of sales targets
Development of customer development plans based on brand, category and channel strategies
Analysis and optimization of distribution, listings, shelf placement and merchandising
Preparation of price calculations and proposals
Tracking sales figures and continuously improving revenue and profit potential
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Marketing and Supply Chain, to holistically manage customer accounts
Requirements
Completed university degree, preferably with a focus on Business Administration (BWL), or a comparable qualification
Relevant experience of at least 2–3 years in Key Account Management, ideally in sales at an FMCG company
Excellent marketing understanding and a good feel for customer and consumer needs
Structured and analytical way of working, commitment and enthusiasm
Assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
Enjoy working with market research data and shopper KPIs
