About the role

Responsibilities

• Translate the Forecast into detailed plans by city and region;
• Monitor operational capacity and ensure the team is aligned with demand;
• Analyze driver requirements and minimum volume thresholds for each region;
• Identify and alert on sudden demand changes, supporting the commercial team with strategy;
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce weekly performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field;
• Practical experience in planning, forecasting, and KPI analysis;
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel;
• Experience with Looker Studio is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
• High productivity and a strong sense of urgency;
• Good communication, persuasion skills, and ability to build cross-functional relationships;
• Resilience to work in a fast-changing environment.
