Responsibilities
Execute requests received from clients and insurers within the scope of the credit insurance program (international and domestic);
Verify compliance with approval stages for credit limits, policy issuance and claims, maintaining activity logs, files and documents in accordance with established procedures and the activity plan agreed with the insured;
Produce control reports for the area’s processes to support proper monitoring of operations, keeping managers, clients and insurers duly informed;
Operate insurers' systems to manage the insured's policy activities;
Interact with other departments such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, Finance, Legal/Audit to ensure correct posting and collection of revenues and compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
Degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration, or Engineering;
Experience in credit insurance and/or administrative activities;
