About the role
- Retail Manager at Grupo L’Occitane focusing on Travel Retail excellence in LATAM. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to drive brand performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure retail excellence across all points of sale (permanent and temporary)
- Provide special oversight of key stores in the region, located in Brazil and Argentina.
- Develop and implement quarterly action plans to accelerate sell-out, improve productivity and strengthen brand positioning.
- Maximize business opportunities by exploring new spaces, activations and omnichannel projects that drive performance.
- Manage and optimize investments in Beauty Consultants, ensuring return on investment and high engagement.
- Recruit, motivate and train a passionate, customer-focused team of Beauty Consultants.
- Ensure flawless execution at points of sale, maintaining consistency in merchandising, planograms, visuals, maintenance and grooming.
- Analyze sales results and market indicators, proposing corrective actions and strategies to sustain growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related fields.
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail or Travel Retail, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or luxury goods companies.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in sell-out metrics, market share and store-level profitability.
- Experience managing teams, especially Beauty Consultants, with a focus on motivation, performance and training.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store execution, ensuring brand excellence and customer experience.
- Experience in budget management and control of investments (incentives, POS materials, testers, GWP etc.).
- Collaborative, hands-on profile, able to work in partnership with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, L&D, Customer Service).
- Advanced spoken Spanish and English.
- Availability to travel within the LATAM region.
