Responsibilities
Drive retail excellence and brand growth for the L’Occitane Group in the LATAM Travel Retail channel.
Ensure retail excellence across all points of sale, with special oversight of key stores in the region located in Brazil and Argentina.
Develop and implement quarterly action plans.
Maximize business opportunities by exploring new spaces, activations and omnichannel projects.
Manage and optimize investments in Beauty Consultants.
Build, motivate and develop a passionate team of Beauty Consultants.
Ensure flawless in-store execution.
Analyze sales results and market indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related fields.
Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail or Travel Retail, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or luxury goods companies.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in sell-out metrics, market share and store-level profitability.
Experience managing teams, particularly Beauty Consultants, with a focus on motivation, performance and training.
Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store execution.
Budget management skills and investment control.
Collaborative, hands-on profile.
Advanced spoken Spanish and English.
Willingness to travel within the LATAM region.
