About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and refine pricing models and methodologies for the segment;
- Work with mutualized pricing, ensuring correct calculation methodologies and the evolution of expected results;
- Ensure the financial performance of mutuality contracts by monitoring KPIs and margins, validating billings, and developing new strategies for the model;
- Design and monitor statistical tests and tools to support decision-making in product pricing;
- Monitor and reconcile the product's financial results, providing structured analyses and actionable insights for decision-making;
- Execute the pricing strategy to identify optimal pricing scenarios aligned with business objectives;
- Contribute to process improvements by proposing and implementing tools that facilitate information management and results analysis;
- Seek more effective ways to present performance developments and propose improvements based on KPIs, as well as manage area processes to ensure governance and transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Analytical profile with strong logical reasoning;
- Advanced Excel;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Prior experience in pricing and revenue management;
- Experience with R or Python is a plus;
