Responsibilities
- Perform extraction, consolidation, processing and validation of fleet maintenance cost information, with a focus on parts packages;
- Create reports and data visualizations to present insights and analysis results, with a focus on supplier relationships and parts supplier development;
- Monitor key indicators of cost efficiency, operational efficiency, NPS, fleet unproductivity and parts delivery time, focusing on continuous process improvement;
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to: support data analysis initiatives; back price negotiation efforts with key maintenance suppliers; support initiatives to develop processes related to parts supply logistics; and ensure accuracy of cost benchmarks;
- Implement cost-reduction and unproductivity-reduction actions to achieve new levels of operational efficiency;
- Maintain interface and collaborate with the operations team (business area, technology, data) to develop initiatives aimed at improving the Directorate's results;
Requirements
- Skill and experience in data analysis
- Ability to work with different data sources and large volumes of data, including unstructured data
- Experience in managing KPIs and performance dashboards
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with SQL
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Engineering or another STEM field
