Responsibilities
The end-to-end technical sales cycle
Identification and development of technical champions on the customer side
Designing and presenting tailored solution concepts
Developing implementation approaches for prospective customers
Close collaboration with sales, engineering, and Professional Services
Working hand-in-hand with our sales team to close deals
Requirements
Hands-on experience with various forms of data integration (e.g., APIs, EDI, IoT, ETL, EAI, message bus or others) and the related business processes
Confident in conducting technical needs analyses and uncovering underlying business and technical requirements
Ability to identify key personas in the buying process, craft tailored narratives for different stakeholders, and successfully build technical champions who will advocate Lobsters' value even in our absence
Comprehensive understanding of customer challenges, business processes, and core systems in the retail/wholesale, manufacturing, and/or logistics industries
Strong ability to deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept at both business and technical levels
Experience with B2B sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) is a plus
Business-fluent German and English
