About the role
- Sales Support Analyst providing assistance to sales consultants with proposals and commercial projects. Analyzing projects in the SF and supporting sales activities across regions.
Responsibilities
- Support and analysis of projects entered in SF (Salesforce) and commercial assistance to regional sales consultants.
- Prepare proposals requested by sales consultants (direct and indirect channels), and create presentations when needed to support visits to prospects and clients.
- Support the sales team in revising previously issued proposals to find more competitive solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Work closely with the pricing team to increase the accuracy and competitiveness of issued proposals.
- Monitor the status of issued quotations, produce the corresponding daily management report, and take appropriate actions.
- Verify documentation submitted by the sales consultant for system registration, and support and follow up on credit analysis.
- Operational knowledge.
- Track and close commercial process KPIs.
- Preparation and delivery of reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in: Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Category B driver's license (CNH) preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel (tables, VLOOKUP, conditional sums, basic dashboards) and PowerPoint (creation and formatting of executive presentations).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and similar).
- Knowledge of BI and data analysis tools (Power BI) — desirable.
- Ability to manipulate and organize databases.
- Understanding of commercial workflows, sales processes, and proposal structure, preferably in the automotive sector.
