Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities - from strategizing our offering to writing compelling proposals to conducting product demos to giving the elevator sales pitch.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and assess the technical requirements of potential clients.
Create customized proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs based on client needs, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scope and communicate the value proposition that LJI can bring to the table.
Provide technical support during sales, including responding to technical queries and facilitating proof-of-concept trials.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our offerings address client challenges and deliver value.
Engage with clients to answer technical questions, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
MBA degree in Marketing/Analytics complemented by an undergraduate in Engineering (CS/IT preferred) OR Mass Communication.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel /and other IT Tools.
Engaging communicator possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional analytical and a problem-solving mindset.
Self-starter exhibiting high motivation and independence in achieving goals.
