Responsibilities
Support executive management as needed.
Provide high quality administrative and clerical assistance.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
Maintain executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, reserving rooms, sending appointments, coordinating catering, recording and distributing minutes.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field AND 2 years of related Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role experience, OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Shows discretion, confidentiality, and flexibility in dealing with all situations.
Displays excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including strong attention to detail.
Proficient in internet research and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, databases.
