Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and creation of pedagogical materials and resources (social-emotional education);
- Produce instructional materials for basic education (early childhood education through high school);
- Edit and revise written materials to better impact our audience based on research and feedback;
- Take part in team meetings and project creation sessions;
- Conduct research with teachers, students, and school administrators;
- Attend lectures and training sessions;
- Lead group activities and dynamics with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, teaching degrees (licenciaturas), or other degrees related to the field of Education;
- Availability to work 40 hours per week (CLT employment), in a hybrid model (our office is located in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro);
- Ability to produce texts that communicate effectively with diverse audiences (students, teachers, and administrators);
- Creativity in designing activities and dynamics within the Social-Emotional Education field;
- Responsibility in meeting deadlines and following company administrative processes;
- Collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Experience in developing instructional materials;
