About the role
- Finance-IT Specialist/Consultant in accounting, payroll & compliance at a consulting firm. Engaging in client onboarding and developing innovative solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and further develop our Finance-IT division – including acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
- Technical onboarding of our clients in the compliance area
- Implement smart solutions in accounting and payroll environments
- Set up and optimize interfaces, upstream systems, portals, and platforms
- Rethink digitalization and automation – contribute your ideas and bring them to life
- Provide substantive advice – act as a knowledgeable point of contact for our clients
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or completed vocational training (e.g., tax clerk, IT systems sales specialist)
- Initial experience in tax consulting or commercial administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, or DATEV is desirable
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and purposefully
- Structured, reliable working style – and a strong sense for client needs
- Enjoy building a new area and willingness to take responsibility
