Responsibilities
Developing new brands — from concept through to launch.
Preparing product, market and competitor analyses, evaluating results and deriving recommended actions.
Developing brand strategies, business cases and project plans.
Supporting price negotiations and brand-related discussions with retail partners.
Managing internal brand development — from product development to marketing.
Working closely with artists and taking responsibility for regular coordination.
Supporting market entry and laying the foundation for long-term growth.
Requirements
Several years of experience in business development, brand development or innovation management.
Strategic thinker with a structured approach and a willingness to take ownership.
Strong instinct for brands, trends and target audiences.
Experience building new products or brands.
Solution-oriented, hands-on and willing to pursue new approaches.
Excellent German and English language skills.
Confident user of MS Office.
